Liz Crain

Liz Crain is a fiction and freelance food writer, as well as an editor at the small press Hawthorne Books in Portland, Oregon. Her first book, Food Lover‘s Guide to Portland was published by Sasquatch Books in 2010. She is currently working on the Toro Bravo Cookbook. Website: www.hawthornebooks.com

Jen Stevenson

Jen lives in Portland, Oregon, with her imaginary mini bulldog and a lot of leftovers. Her hobbies include browsing grocery stores and farmers' markets, experimenting with recipes involving melted chocolate and lots of it, reading THE ONION, taking pictures of pocket ninjas, trying new cavas, and thinking about lunch.
